-*added, skill hotkey pages : use PGup,PGdown key to swap ur skill pages. in skill menu, hold shift+PageKeys to swap pages.

-*fixed, gamePad default: remove all right mushroom setting, and replace with PGup and PGdown.(but u get skill pages now.)
